Treat your Yamin jewellery like you would any piece of art. Clean it gently with a soft, dry cloth, and keep it away from liquids of all sorts. Dropping it from a height can cause it to break or chip. Even the highest quality of plating loses its sheen after a while, and while your Yamin jewellery might start to lose its lustre a little over time, it will never truly stop shining! Store it in a cloth bag in the original packaging or any other air-tight jewellery box, and as long as you care for it well, it will last you years.

What if my jewellery arrives damaged?

We take the utmost care when packing our jewellery, and thorough quality checks are carried out before we dispatch it. Our packaging and jewellery has thankfully stood sturdy, and we’ve had no complaints so far.

However, in case a product arrives to you broken, or damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us within 24 hours either through email at theyamincollective@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91-9910995939 and we will try our best to see what can be done.

We do not provide refunds for products lost in transit, or those shown as delivered. Do ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct when you place an order so as to avoid this.

In case your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or any other reason, we will be happy to ship it back to you, but at an additional reshipment fee charged by our courier partner.

10% of all our proceeds go towards Yamin Gives Back, an initiative that helps aid the feeding, vaccination, sterilisation and the care of dogs, cats, cows, birds and any other mammal, bird or reptile in need of medical aid. This is done through medical facilities like shelters, clinics, medical boardings, hospitals, animal NGOs & organisations, as well as independent rescuers involved actively in animal rescue.
